  • We have a closed rabbitry for the health & safety of our little lagomorphs & of our family.

  • We only communicate via email through our website for your protection as well as ours (this is done to make sure all of our correspondence and information given is clearly written out, to protect our time, and my family's privacy).
 
  • No Bunny Will Be Able To Leave Our Care Until The Bunny/Bunnies Is A Minimum of 8 - 10 Weeks Old!         NO EXCEPTIONS! (occasionally a bunny may need to stay a bit longer)
 
  • *OUR BUNNIES ARE ADOPTED/PURCHASED AS PETS ONLY!*
 
  • We do not have any 4-H, Show Quality, and or Brood Holland Lop bunny's available.
    We are a young rabbitry working on building up our little herd, therefore if or when our bun buns produce a show-quality & or brood quality Holland Lop bunny we will hold onto that bun bun to help build our bunny herd!
 
  • *OUR BUNNIES ARE ADOPTED/PURCHASED AS PETS ONLY!*

    When adding a second, third, fourth, etc. bun bun to your family we require true documentation from your rabbit savvy veterinarian that your previous bun has been spayed and or neutered (this is done to help the Bunny Bonding Process go as smoothly as possible as well keeping any unwanted litters from being born). All of our bunnies are adopted/purchased as pets and therapy bunnies. We only want the very best for our little lagomorphs and it is our belief & mission for our bun buns to continue to be loved and cared for as part of a loving family.
 
  • If you have reserved a Holland Lop Bunny from us Jack & Birdies Little Lagomorphs and we discover you are a breeder and or have been untruthful in any way on your Bunny Adoption Application/Waiting List Application, you are in Breach of our Sales Policy and as such you have forfeited the Holland Lop Rabbit and all monies! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! 
 
  • We do not offer transport at this time.
 
  • We do not ship our bunnies at this time.
    ​Of course you & your family are always more than welcome to fly in and pick-up your new little love. Our  beloved bunnies live up and down the East Coast from the Florida Keys to Connecticut!
     
  • Bunny Pick-Up will occur local to us near downtown Winter Haven, Florida.

  • We will meet you in an open air public place of our choosing for bunny pick-up near Downtown Winter Haven, Florida. Of course you & your family are always more than welcome to fly in and pick-up your new little love. Our  beloved bunnies live up and down the East Coast from the Florida Keys to Connecticut!
 
  • Once we have received the photos and or video of your new bunny's bunny area we will reach out to you via email to schedule Bunny Pick-Up with our availability, the dates and times we are available to meet for Bunny Pick-Up.

  • * Please note we require Bunny Pick-Up to be scheduled at least one week in advance. *
 
  • If you are a no-show to Bunny Pick-Up you have forfeited the Holland Lop Rabbit and all monies!
    NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!

  • To reserve a bunny for you & your family the Full Adoption Fee must be paid via Zelle and or CashApp.

    If you have only inquired about a bunny or expressed your interest in adding said bunny to your family and the Full Adoption Fee has not been received, the bunny has not been reserved and is still for sale. The Full Adoption Fee is expected immediately after we have provided you with our acceptable payment methods. We cannot hold a Holland Lop Bunny without full payment having been made. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Gender is not guaranteed on our bunnies. While we do our best to properly sex our bunnies sometimes mistakes are made, baby bunnies private parts are very small and we are human.​ Gender is not 100% guaranteed!
 
  •  Bunnies will NOT leave our care until they are 8-10 weeks of age. 
  
  • ​All payments are Non-Refundable. If you send a payment for a bunny & then you change your mind about adding a bunny to your family for any reason we consider the payment to be a donation towards the care and finding a new home for said bunny. No refunds will be given for any reason and or circumstance. If something happens to the bunny while in our care we will offer you another bunny of equal value once one becomes available.

  •  All payments are non-transferable. You may not *SWITCH* your deposit from one bunny to another bunny.
    Please be committed to the bunny you have chosen!
 
  • When adopting one of our available bunny's Full Adoption Fee is required payable via Zelle and or CashApp. ** Please Note ** at this time we only accept two forms of payment Zelle and or CashApp only, so please do not waste your time or ours asking questions regarding different payment methods. We appreciate your understanding.
 
  • To the best of our knowledge, our bunnies are healthy at the time of the sale. Please understand that these are live animals and there is always a risk when adding any live animal to your family even when both bun parents are healthy with no genetic health issues. We make no health guarantees and are not responsible for any bunny after they leave our care for any reason.

 
  • WE DO NOT sell bunnies for Easter. If we happen to have little bunnies available around that time they will be available to adopt two - three weeks prior to Easter or two - three weeks after Easter.

  • WE DO NOT sell bunnies for Christmas. If we happen to have little bunnies available around that time they will be available to adopt two - three weeks prior to Christmas or two - three weeks after Christmas.
 
  • If you are on Our Waiting List once a bunny is available that matches your preferences we will contact you via email. You will have 12 hours to respond & reserve that bunny for your family before we move on to the next bunny family on Our Waiting List.
 
  • Please understand we are a small-scale rabbitry & our beloved bunnies are highly sought after (we do not mass produce bunnies, we only have a few carefully selected bunnies in our breeding program) so you could end up possibly waiting 3-6 months before your choice of bunny is available. 
 
  •  If you are on Our Waiting List, please email us monthly if you would like to remain on Our Waiting List.​ If we have reached out to you previously via email with our available bunny/bunnies & you have not responded expressing your continued interest in adopting one of our beloved bunnies you will be removed from Our Waiting List. Thank you for your understanding!
 
  • We REQUIRE ALL future bunny families/bunny families to send us photos of your bunny enclosure & set-up at least one week prior to bunny pick-up. We love all of our bunny's very much and want to ensure they have proper housing and will be cared for properly once they leave our home. If you and your family have not sent us photos and or a video of your new bunny's bunny area completely set up and ready for your new bun prior to our specified date and time Bunny Pick-Up will be rescheduled at our convenience. NO EXCEPTIONS!
 
  • If you have reserved a Holland Lop Bunny from us Jack & Birdies Little Lagomorphs and we discover that you and your family are planning on housing the bunny outdoors and have been untruthful in any way on your Bunny Adoption Application/Waiting List Application, you are in Breach of our Sales Policy and as such you have forfeited the Holland Lop Rabbit and all monies! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
 
  •  We have first choice to any bunny born here at Jack & Birdie's Little Lagomorphs rabbitry.
 
  • Jack & Birdie's Little Lagomorphs, reserves the right to cancel any sale for any reason at our discretion. Your payment will be refunded at our discretion if we cancel/refuse the sale of our animals for any reason. 
 
  • When we arrange a pick-up date and time for Bunny Pick-Up, please be on time! Please, understand we value our time very much and we understand that you value yours too! We only wait 15 minutes after your scheduled bunny pick-up time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to Bunny Pick-up then Bunny Pick-Up must be,  will be re-scheduled at our convenience (no exceptions, no matter how far you may have traveled). If you are a no show for Bunny Pick-up then you will forfeit said bunny and all moneys paid. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
 
  • When picking up your bunny: Please Come Prepared! Bring a small animal carrier that is safe and comfortable for your bunny to travel home in. 
 
  • We will always take back any of our bunnies from Jack & Birdies Little Lagomorphs (when returning your Jack & Birdie's Little Lagomorphs bunny, you will need to provide the housing that your bunny was accustomed to i.e. their bunny enclosure, bunny cage, bunny hutch, bunny playpen ect., as well as the food your bunny is accustomed to eating including rabbit pellets, hay, as well as any treats, herbs, foraging mix etc.). We never want any of our bunnies to be in a home where they are not wanted, to end up in a shelter, or be released into the wild (releasing a domestic bunny into the wild is certain death for that bunny) for this reason we will always take back any bunny from Jack & Birdies Little Lagomorphs no questions asked.
    NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE THE BUNNY HAS LEFT OUR CARE!
    No matter the amount of time (whether that be a few hours, a few weeks, a few months, or a few years)! Bunnies must be returned to us at our original Bunny Pick-Up location. 
  
  • All our bunnies will come with a Small Care Package that will include Bringing Home Bunny Information, Bunny Care Information, Jack & Birdie's Little Lagomorphs Bunny Birth Certificate, Bunny Safe Toy, & a small amount of transition food to help them adjust to their new home. 
 
  • Any of our Sales Policy terms and conditions may change at our discretion without further notice.

  • Your new bunny will be placed inside a pet-safe carrier & we will stand back as you carefully pick your new bunny up & place your new bunny inside the pet safe carrier you have brought with you to transport your bunny in for travels home.
 
  • We will place your Bunny Bag that comes with a Small Care Package that will include Bringing Home Bunny Information, Bunny Care Information, Jack & Birdie's Little Lagomorphs Bunny Birth Certificate, Bunny Safe Toy, & a small amount of transition food to help them adjust to their new home inside a basket or tote & we will step back as you collect your Bunny Bag.
